Jones Road Beauty
Jones Road Beauty was founded by makeup artist Bobbi Brown on the philosophy that the world doesn't need more beauty products. It needs better beauty products. Clean, strategic, high-grade formulations that work on every skin type and tone—and that are as simple to use as they are to master. Jones Road is a lifetime of beauty knowledge, distilled.
About the Role
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help drive new customer acquisition through paid media. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll support day-to-day campaign management across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and emerging platforms.
You'll help run creative tests, keep reporting accurate, and make sure every launch goes out clean. This is a hands-on role built for someone with 2–3 years of performance marketing experience who wants to grow fast. Agency backgrounds are a great fit. If you've managed multiple accounts, worked to tight turnarounds, and learned a lot in a short time, you'll feel at home here. You'll work in the platforms every day and get close to the strategy behind them. Over time, you'll take on more ownership of tests, analysis, and channel decisions.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership without waiting to be asked, sweat the details, and are curious about why things are working (or not).
What You'll Do
Campaign Management & Optimization
Support day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin, including budget pacing, bid and audience adjustments, and performance monitoring
Help plan and execute creative and audience tests alongside the Growth Marketing Manager and Creative team, and track results so learnings feed back into future briefs
Monitor live campaigns daily and flag underdelivery, overspend, pacing issues, rejected ads, and tracking errors early
Stay current on platform updates and new features across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and emerging channels
Reporting & Analysis
Own recurring performance and pacing reports covering new customer reach, CAC, ROAS, acquisition volume, and spend pacing
Pull data from ad platforms and attribution tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Haus) and turn it into clean, decision-ready reporting
Run first-pass analysis on creative and placement breakdowns, week-over-week shifts, and anomalies, then share clear takeaways with the team
Learn to sanity-check platform-reported numbers against attribution-tool data to keep reporting honest
Campaign Setup & QA
Build and launch campaigns, ad sets, and ads according to brief, with approved targeting, placements, budgets, and optimization events
Partner with our ad operations support to make sure uploads are accurate and on time, with correct naming conventions, UTMs, and landing pages
QA launches before they go live, and pause ads that are no longer relevant (e.g., sale creative after a promo ends, or Partnership ads with expired usage rights)
Work with the Creative team on ad development and testing, bringing performance insights into briefing conversations
Coordinate with Retention, Ecommerce, and Analytics partners to keep work moving and aligned with full-funnel goals
Keep campaigns, creative, and assets organized in Asana and Air
Who You Are
2–3 years of hands-on paid media experience at a DTC brand or a performance marketing agency (beauty or CPG a plus)
Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager; Google Ads experience strongly preferred; TikTok and AppLovin a plus
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable turning raw campaign data into clean reporting and clear insights
Familiarity with attribution tools like Northbeam, Triple Whale, or Haus, or a strong interest in learning them
Exceptional attention to detail; you catch small errors before they go live
Organized and able to juggle multiple channels and deadlines at once
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research, analysis, reporting, and QA, and curious about how AI is changing performance marketing
Clear communicator who flags issues early and asks good questions
Experience with Shopify, Asana, or Air preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Able to work from our Montclair, NJ office 3 days per week
What Success Looks Like
Campaigns are well-maintained day to day, and issues like overspend, underdelivery, tracking breaks, and expired usage rights get caught before they cost meaningful spend
Launches go live on time and on brief, with near-zero errors
Reporting is consistent and accurate enough that the team makes decisions from it without re-checking the numbers
Creative tests are tracked cleanly and turn into clear learnings for the next round of briefs
Over time, you move from executing the plan to spotting opportunities and owning tests and channels yourself
The targeted compensation range for this role is $65,000-$72,000. This role is also eligible for a performance based bonus.
