We're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead / Manager to drive outreach and patient growth across our offices.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with referring physicians and community partners
• Plan and host events
• Run digital marketing, social media and online listings
• Track results and report on growth

What you bring

• 3+ years of marketing experience, including outreach
• Familiar and comfortable with AI tools in your work
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Confident, professional communication

Pay and benefits

• $95,000 – $150,000 per year, plus a performance bonus
• Medical insurance, 401(k), paid time off and holidays
• Full-time, traveling among our New Jersey offices
• Title and level based on experience
