Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join the team of our cruise line client. They will typically spend 50% their day managing trade tactic submissions across channels, coordinating with suppliers to determine featured products and promotions for digital and print marketing. This role executes against marketing plans and calendars by partnering with internal sales teams, designers, creative marketing, and external vendors. They support trade-focused social media by coordinating with the creative team to source assets, managing the social media calendar, and posting across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram. The specialist also contributes to cross‑functional initiatives, including supporting sales-led projects and event execution, and may need to develops concise creative briefs. The candidate must have great time-management skills and a collaborative spirit.
Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or communications
· 2-4+ years of experience in trade marketing, digital/brand marketing, or advertising
· Background in B2B or B2B2C marketing initiatives and comfortable making marketing submissions to trade partners and working alongside the creative teams
· Experience with social media marketing, ideally on platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
· Well-versed in the Microsoft Suite
