Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and confident Spanish-speaking Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about healthcare outreach and building strong relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home health services

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners

Conduct presentations to healthcare providers and community organizations

Create and manage marketing materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Track and analyze marketing data using spreadsheets

Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

Previous experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or home health

Strong presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and spreadsheets

Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
