Looking for a Snapchat media buyer with experience in consumer finance lead generation and performance marketing.
We currently have a proven campaign performing well on Meta and are looking to successfully scale it to $10K+/day in Snapchat ad spend.
You will have access to our own:
- UGC team
- Video editing team
- Copywriting team
- Programmer / landing page development support
All backend systems, technical setup, tracking, and reporting infrastructure are already in place internally, allowing the role to stay highly focused on media buying.
Media buyer responsibilities include:
- Launching campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance
- Optimizing campaigns
- Managing the creative team and guiding creative direction/testing
Creative testing volume is expected to match the demands of campaign performance. You will be expected to maintain an active testing / creative production pipeline sufficient to continuously maximize scale and profitability — the level of creative production volume required is dynamically determined by results, not a fixed quota.
This role requires active creative collaboration with our internal creative team. You are expected to contribute angles, hooks, concepts and direction based on performance data and market observation.
Requirements:
- – Strong Snapchat media buying experience
- – Experience scaling lead generation campaigns
- – Experience spending $5K+/day
- – Strong understanding of creative production and testing
- – Strong understanding of lead quality and backend lead generation economics
- – Strong communication skills and consistent responsiveness
- – Availability during North American business hours

Compensation Structure:
- Monthly retainer: $750–$1500 per month
- 20% net profit share
We are looking for a long-term media buying partner, with opportunities to take on increased responsibility, additional campaigns, and larger scaling budgets over time.
