Description

We’re the team iGaming operators turn to when growth matters most — and we’re growing fast ourselves. At Receptional, you’ll find colleagues who are bright, ambitious, and genuinely supportive. Specialists who do their best work together, sharing ideas, moving fast, and holding themselves to a high bar.

Whether you’re starting out or stepping up, you’ll get genuine investment in your development through our internal academy, real variety in your work, and a direct impact on some of the biggest names in the industry. Competitive benefits, flexible working, and a team that has your back.

We were named Marketing Services Supplier of the Year at the EGR B2B Awards 2026, and Best Medium Agency to Work For at the Company Culture Awards 2025 — recognition for the work we do and the place we’ve built to do it.

Paid search in iGaming is some of the most technically demanding PPC work in digital marketing. The budgets are significant, the compliance requirements are strict, and clients expect a senior point of contact who can think strategically as well as get into the weeds of an account. As a Senior Paid Search Manager at Receptional you’ll be owning Google Ads strategy and execution across a portfolio of major iGaming clients — running campaigns, managing client relationships, and developing up to two direct reports. You’ll work closely with the Head of Paid Search with genuine autonomy across your accounts and a clear path upward for the right person.

Requirements

This is a senior paid search role with real leadership responsibility. You’ll be owning Google Ads strategy and execution across a portfolio of large iGaming clients — managing campaigns, running client relationships, and developing the team beneath you. The budgets are significant, the clients are commercially demanding, and you’ll be expected to bring strategic thinking to every account you touch. You’ll work closely with the Head of Paid Media while operating with genuine autonomy day-to-day.

In practice, that looks like:

  • Creating, managing, and  optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads — always with a sharp  eye on performance against KPIs
  • Owning day-to-day client  communication across your portfolio — building trusted relationships and  providing strategic advice, not just reporting numbers
  • Developing paid search  strategy plans in collaboration with the Head of Paid Media — contributing  your own thinking at every stage
  • Conducting daily account checks to identify issues and opportunities before clients do
  • Managing and developing up  to two direct reports — supporting their growth through regular 1-1s,  constructive feedback, and hands-on guidance
  • Ensuring paid search best practices are implemented consistently across all managed campaigns and by  your direct reports
  • Liaising with Google and  Microsoft strategists to stay ahead of platform developments and maximise  account performance
  • Using AI tooling to improve campaign efficiency and automate repeatable processes
  • Contributing to new  business proposals, paid search audits, and award entries
  • Keeping Google Ads certification current
