About the Company

AS Beauty is one of the fastest-growing cosmetic companies in the market today. We are a family-run business based in New York, NY, focused on developing global beauty brands that deliver real-world solutions to a diverse consumer base. AS Beauty’s portfolio includes renowned brands Laura Geller Beauty, Bliss, Cover FX, Julep Beauty, and Mally Beauty. We are continually developing products that are innovative, effective, and ensure that our customers feel beautiful inside and out.

About the Role

AS Beauty is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid growth across Bliss and Julep.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role will own the day-to-day growth strategy, media investment, and performance across both brands, with an initial focus on Paid Social and Paid Search.

This is a highly hands-on role for an experienced growth marketer who can move comfortably between setting strategy and executing it. You’ll own the growth engine for Bliss and stay close enough to execution to build it — determining where we invest, what we test, what we scale, and how we measure success.

You’ll have meaningful ownership over Bliss with significant opportunity ahead. We’re looking for someone who is analytical, entrepreneurial, highly curious, and excited by the challenge of finding the next scalable source of growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the paid growth strategy for Bliss, with accountability for new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.
  • Lead the day-to-day management and optimization of Paid Social and Paid Search, including Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Own media budgets and allocation across both brands and channels, moving investment quickly based on performance, marginal efficiency, and opportunity.
  • Stay deeply hands-on within the accounts, including campaign structure, bidding, audiences, budgets, testing, creative performance, and optimization.
  • Build and manage a structured growth testing roadmap across creative, audiences, campaign structure, landing pages, offers, and new channels.
  • Identify opportunities to scale existing channels and test new acquisition platforms, building the business case and measurement plan for each.
  • Partner closely with Performance Creative to turn performance insights into new concepts, angles, formats, and briefs that can unlock incremental scale.
  • Work with Ecommerce and CRO partners to improve performance across the full acquisition journey, from ad impression through landing page and conversion.
  • Use a combination of first-party analytics, attribution, and platform data to evaluate performance and make investment decisions.
  • Own the daily and weekly performance rhythm for both brands, identifying changes quickly, diagnosing root causes, and translating insights into clear actions.
  • Manage and hold accountable freelancers, agencies, and external execution partners, ensuring strong pacing, execution quality, and alignment with growth objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Amazon, Ecommerce, Analytics, Brand, Merchandising, and Retention to ensure media strategy reflects inventory, promotional plans, customer economics, and broader business priorities.
  • Communicate performance, learnings, risks, and opportunities to the Head of Growth and senior leadership with clear recommendations rather than simply reporting results.
  • Help build the processes, measurement framework, and channel playbooks that will allow Bliss and Julep to scale efficiently over time.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally within DTC, ecommerce, or another highly performance-driven consumer business.
  • Deep, recent hands-on experience in Paid Social, particularly Meta.
  • Strong working knowledge of Paid Search, including Google and Bing, and the ability to effectively manage specialists or external partners where needed.
  • Experience independently managing meaningful paid media budgets and making investment decisions across multiple channels.
  • Strong fluency in DTC growth metrics including CAC, new customer ROAS, LTV, CVR, AOV, contribution margin, and marginal efficiency.
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to diagnose why performance changed, not just identify that it changed.
  • Experience developing structured creative, campaign, and channel experimentation programs.
  • Familiarity with measurement approaches such and multi-touch attribution.
  • Experience working with or managing agencies, freelancers, or external media partners and holding them accountable to performance and execution standards.
  • A proactive, independent operator who can identify what needs to happen next and move work forward without requiring constant direction.
  • Comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level — from building a quarterly growth plan to getting directly into Ads Manager to troubleshoot performance.
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex performance data into clear business recommendations.
  • A curious, entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite for testing new channels, challenging assumptions, and finding unconventional sources of growth.

What Success Looks Like

  • Bliss and Julep each have a clear growth strategy, channel mix, and testing roadmap rather than operating from the same generic playbook.
  • Media investment consistently moves toward the highest-value incremental opportunities across brands and channels.
  • Performance changes are identified, understood, and acted on quickly.
  • Paid Social and Paid Search operate as one acquisition portfolio, with budgets allocated based on business opportunity rather than channel silos.
  • Creative testing produces repeatable insights that improve both media performance and future creative development.
  • External partners are effectively managed without the Head of Growth needing to oversee day-to-day execution.
  • New channels and growth opportunities are consistently being evaluated, tested, and either scaled or quickly ruled out.
