About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Google Ads Manager with at least 6 years of experience in paid advertising to oversee campaign performance, support our Google Ads team, and manage key client relationships.
We’re especially interested in candidates who have managed campaigns for law firms, HVAC companies, roofing contractors, or plumbing businesses .
This role combines hands-on Google Ads expertise, strategic leadership, and client communication.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and support Google Ads Specialists.
- Assign new client accounts and coordinate team workloads.
- Manage client escalations and participate in performance calls.
- Analyze campaign performance, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with Sales, Growth, Creative, Web/CRO, and Meta teams.
- Improve internal processes, workflows, and Google Ads best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and client results.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in Google Ads / paid advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with legal services, HVAC, roofing, or plumbing clients .
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and communicate campaign results clearly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading paid media specialists.
- Previous experience at a digital marketing agency is a plus .
- Ability to work on-site in Orange County, California.
