ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you are a hands-on architect of demand. This is not a role for a “polished” strategist who sits in meetings; it is for a results-driven expert who has been in the trenches and knows how to scale a high-velocity sales engine. You will own the digital marketing ecosystem, managing creative and paid media to drive measurable, high-volume growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Drive Demand: Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy with clear, aggressive targets for lead gen and customer acquisition.

Master Paid Media: Directly oversee and optimize a high-spend paid ads budget across multiple digital channels.

Manage Creative: Lead the creative process with a focus on conversion-led design rather than just “brand aesthetics.”

Optimize the Platform: Leverage your deep understanding of marketplace platforms and DTC growth loops to scale our home services footprint.

Execute with Velocity: Thrive in a high-speed sales environment, moving from data insight to execution in real-time.
WHAT YOU BRING

Deep Expertise: 95%+ of your career has been spent in the digital marketing trenches with a heavy focus on DTC (Direct-to-Consumer).

Proven Tenure: A history of “staying the course,” with a minimum of 3 years spent in a single high-impact role.

Vertical Knowledge: Experience in Home Services or a similar high-velocity, tech-enabled marketplace.

The “Know-How”: You have “been there, done that” and don’t need a playbook handed to you—you write the playbook.
