Driving product adoption and user engagement, the full-time remote Product Growth Marketing Lead will manage the resident and community manager lifecycle, utilizing behavioral data to enhance interactions and design meaningful experiences that foster engagement with Vantaca's platform.

Key responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle for residents and users, creating personalized communication architectures to enhance user engagement

Drive product adoption for Resident Experience and agentic AI by identifying friction points and implementing effective in-product motions

Utilize behavior data to design and execute experiments aimed at improving user retention and engagement metrics

Required qualifications

6+ years of experience in product growth, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing within a consumer-focused B2C or B2C-influenced environment

Proven track record of improving product adoption and user retention metrics through lifecycle programs

Expertise in using lifecycle platforms like Braze and product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Pendo

Experience in designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making

Ability to build and lead a team, fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability
