About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and results‑driven Senior PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for international clients across Hospitality, E-commerce, and B2B industries. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a proven track record of generating qualified leads, increasing ROAS, and scaling advertising campaigns globally.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search Ads, Performance Max, Display Ads, Demand Gen Campaigns, Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads and Remarketing Campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Improve Quality Scores, CTR, Conversion Rates, and ROAS.
Monitor and optimize campaign budgets efficiently.
Create audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
Meta Ads Management
Create and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Develop full‑funnel advertising strategies.
Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Analytics & Tracking
Implement and manage GA4, GTM, Conversion Tracking, Enhanced Conversions, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Create weekly and monthly performance reports.
Industry‑Specific Expertise
Hospitality
Experience running campaigns for hotels, resorts, travel agencies, and tour operators.
Optimize campaigns for direct bookings and lead generation.
E‑commerce
Manage high‑budget Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
Improve ROAS and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento stores.
B2B Lead Generation
Generate high‑quality leads for international markets.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads is an added advantage.
Optimize campaigns for lead quality and pipeline growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
5+ years of hands‑on PPC experience.
Expert‑level knowledge of Google Ads.
Expert‑level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, Conversion Tracking, Attribution Models, and Landing Page Optimization.
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $10,000 to $100,000+.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience managing campaigns for international markets (USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East).
Preferred
Google Ads Certifications.
Meta Blueprint Certification.
Experience with CRM integrations.
Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Basic understanding of SEO and marketing funnels.
Experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, and Looker Studio.
