A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimization of top of funnel marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Support execution of TOF campaigns across various digital and offline channels

Implement and validate tracking mechanisms and maintain campaign documentation

Coordinate with creative teams and external partners to manage assets and deliverables

Required Qualifications

3-4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing focused on TOF/awareness campaigns

Experience with TOF channels such as CTV, Podcasts, and Direct Mail

Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools like GA4 and UTMs

Bonus: Experience with agency collaboration or in a fast-paced startup environment
