Hyperice is seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Paid Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of paid social campaigns across our global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business.

This is a hands‑on media buying role responsible for managing campaigns directly within advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X. The ideal candidate thrives inside ad managers, understands performance marketing fundamentals, and has a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid social. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth, you will own campaign execution from strategy through reporting, partnering closely with creative, influencer, digital, and e‑commerce teams to develop high‑performing campaigns that achieve ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets across key markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Social Campaign Management & Execution

Own the day-to-day management of paid social acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging social platforms.

Build, launch, and optimize campaigns directly within platform ad managers.

Develop campaign structures, audience strategies, and budget allocations aligned with business objectives and performance targets.

Manage campaign pacing, budget distribution, bid strategies, and spend efficiency to maximize performance.

Monitor campaign health daily and proactively identify opportunities to improve results.

Collaborate with the broader Growth team to align paid social efforts with overall marketing, product launch, and promotional strategies.

Creative Strategy & Performance

Develop detailed creative briefs for internal creative teams, content creators, and external partners based on audience insights, campaign objectives, and performance data.

Partner closely with Creative and Influencer Marketing teams to develop paid social assets that drive engagement, conversion, and customer acquisition.

Analyze creative performance and provide ongoing recommendations for new concepts, formats, messaging, hooks, and offers.

Establish and maintain structured creative testing roadmaps that continuously generate actionable learnings.

Identify winning creative themes and scale them across markets, audiences, and product categories.

Audience Strategy & Customer Acquisition

Build and manage audience segmentation strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and customer retention initiatives.

Leverage first‑party data, platform audiences, lookalike modeling, and other advanced targeting capabilities to efficiently scale customer acquisition.

Develop audience insights that inform creative strategy, messaging, and media investment decisions.

Support expansion efforts across multiple international markets, adapting strategies based on regional performance and consumer behavior.

Testing, Optimization & Scaling

Design and execute structured A/B testing frameworks across audiences, creative, placements, bidding strategies, landing pages, and campaign objectives.

Allocate and manage testing budgets to identify incremental growth opportunities.

Analyze performance data and implement optimizations that improve ROAS, lower CAC, and increase conversion rates.

Identify scalable opportunities and collaborate cross‑functionally to expand successful initiatives globally.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

Own paid social reporting and performance analysis across all platforms.

Track and communicate key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, customer acquisition, and contribution to overall business growth.

Utilize attribution and analytics platforms to evaluate campaign effectiveness and customer journeys.

Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Understand and communicate the impact of paid social across owned e-commerce, retail, marketplace, and wholesale channels.

AI & Marketing Innovation

Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate creative ideation, performance analysis, reporting, workflow automation, and campaign optimization.

Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and new advertising capabilities to ensure Hyperice remains at the forefront of paid social marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.

4–6 years of hands‑on paid social media buying and campaign management experience, preferably within a high‑growth DTC e‑commerce brand.

Proven experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets and driving measurable business results.

Strong experience with TikTok Ads Manager.

Deep understanding of customer acquisition, attribution, conversion optimization, full‑funnel marketing, and performance measurement.

Experience with attribution and analytics platforms such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, Google Analytics 4, or similar tools.

Experience with server‑side tracking solutions such as Elevar is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Excellent project management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Experience managing campaigns across multiple international markets is highly preferred.

Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows for marketing applications is strongly preferred.

Agency experience, consumer brand experience, or experience at a performance marketing platform is highly preferred.

Foreign language proficiency is a plus given the global nature of the role.
