This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative agency environment and is ready to take ownership of both strategy and execution while mentoring junior talent.
In this role, you will serve as the primary driver of paid social strategy overseeing campaign planning, setup, optimization, and performance analysis across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and additional social channels.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver measurable results, drive performance, and continuously elevate campaign effectiveness.
You will also act as a client‑facing leader, presenting insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations while partnering across creative, analytics, and account teams.
This role includes the opportunity to mentor and supervise a Paid Social Strategist, supporting both execution quality and professional development within the team.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end paid social strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple client accounts
Define targeting strategies, KPIs, budgets, and conversion goals
Collaborate with creative and account teams on ad formats, messaging, and A/B testing
Ensure accurate campaign setup through thorough QA of audiences, budgets, and creative assets
Monitor performance metrics and deliver ongoing optimization recommendations
Partner with analytics teams on tracking, reporting, and insights development
Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients
Stay current on platform updates, trends, and emerging opportunities in paid social
Support proposal development and client presentations
Mentor and guide junior team members
What We’re Looking For
~5 years of paid social or digital marketing experience
Strong expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok advertising (certifications a plus)
Experience with Google Analytics and performance reporting tools
Proven success managing and optimizing paid social campaigns
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset
Annual performance-based raises and bonus opportunities based on agency and individual performance
