Based out of our central London office, with its own production studio and rooftop bar, we will work hand in hand with global and local marketing teams to develop top notch creative work.
The Role:
The draftLine digital media team are looking for a first-class Paid Social Executive to help supercharge paid social and digital performance across our EU portfolio.
Reporting to the Biddable Media Lead and working closely with our in-house digital team, you will play a central role in the day-to-day activation and optimisation of paid social and programmatic campaigns. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, taking ownership of campaign execution while contributing to how we continuously raise the bar on biddable media.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the UK Biddable Media Lead to deliver best-in-class campaign activation and performance across paid social, online video and programmatic channels, including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and DSP partners.
Campaign Activation & Management

Activating and managing campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and DSP partners

Building campaign setups with a high level of accuracy and trafficking them to deadline

Monitoring live campaigns daily, identifying trends and flagging optimisation opportunities proactively
Performance & Reporting

Delivering insight-led reports to internal stakeholders on a regular cadence
-
Translating data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement

Supporting post-campaign analysis and contributing to the presentation of results
Planning Support

Assisting with brief responses across paid social and online video

Contributing to audience strategy, creative recommendations and channel planning discussions

Collaborating effectively with internal Digital Media and Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life

Supporting the biddable activation of our world-class sponsorship properties, including the FIFA World Cup, Wimbledon and the Olympics, helping to bring these iconic moments to life in paid media
Finance & Operations

Managing campaign finance workflows from purchase order through to reconciliation

Maintaining accurate budget trackers and flagging discrepancies promptly
Who We’re Looking For:
-
1 to 3 years of hands-on biddable media experience, agency-side or in-house
-
Excellent knowledge of the paid social and programmatic landscape, including platform products and partners
-
Proven hands-on experience across core platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DSPs, TikTok Ads Manager or similar
-
Highly numerate and analytical, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging stakeholders at varying levels of seniority

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets

Proactive and curious, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Confident, resilient and not afraid to make the role your own

Someone who takes ownership, flags issues early and is comfortable challenging the status quo constructively
