Base Salary: $70k-$100k

We are seeking experienced Paid Social operators who can step into accounts immediately and drive measurable business impact.
As a Paid Social Associate, you bring strong hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns focused on ecommerce and direct response performance. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating directly in platform to identify optimization opportunities and improve performance. You take ownership of campaign results and thrive in fast-paced environments where speed, experimentation, and data-driven decision making are critical.
In this role, you will work directly with Jump clients and Acquisition Directors to develop and execute testing roadmaps designed to meet aggressive growth and efficiency targets. You will analyze historical performance data, identify trends and optimization opportunities, and proactively implement improvements to ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed client KPIs.
This role requires someone who is comfortable operating independently within platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and other paid social channels while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Build and manage campaign structures across prospecting and retargeting audiences aligned with ecommerce and direct response goals
- Develop and execute creative testing frameworks to improve performance across formats, hooks, and messaging
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, CVR, and revenue
- Manage audience segmentation strategies including lookalikes, broad targeting, and first-party retargeting audiences
- Monitor spend, pacing, and budget allocation across campaigns to ensure efficient growth
- Identify creative fatigue and proactively launch new testing initiatives to maintain performance
- Create performance reports and present insights and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience
- Experience managing ecommerce or DTC campaigns with revenue and ROAS targets
- Strong platform experience with Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar platforms
- Experience managing prospecting and retargeting strategies across the marketing funnel
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics and large datasets
