What You’d Do In This Role

We’re hiring for a few paid media roles for people who want to stay close to the work and care about results and purpose. While we’re open to different experience levels, this isn’t an entry-level role. We’re looking for folks who’ve spent real time running live paid campaigns, ideally 3-4 years of experience.

In this role, you’ll plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven paid campaigns, mainly across search and paid social. You’ll be hands‑on day to day, managing real budgets, testing ideas, and making decisions in‑platform. Your work will help new people discover our content and take meaningful first steps forward.

Where And How You’d Work

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. You’re Probably a Match If

You have 3+ years of digital marketing experience with hands‑on paid media campaign management

You have experience with paid search and/or paid social advertising

You have experience with Google Ads and/or Meta

You have experience managing budgets, optimizing campaigns and reporting on performance

You’re comfortable using Excel or similar tools to analyze performance and tell data‑driven stories

You have strong collaboration skills with creatives, analytics and business partners

What Winning Looks Like

You develop and execute paid media strategies that align with business goals.

You lead campaign execution across paid platforms in partnership with creative, media and analytics teams.

You analyze campaign performance, market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

You test new channels, tactics, creative, landing pages, and optimization approaches.

You report on campaign performance, cross‑channel influence and downstream business impact.

You use insights to recommend improvements to paid media strategy, lead‑generation content and campaign assets.

You partner with stakeholders to build alignment and communicate results.
