Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads & Performance Marketing) – Remote Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours Reports To: Marketing Director / Head of Growth

About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to own paid advertising strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

This is not a campaign monitoring role.

You'll be responsible for:

Paid media strategy and execution

Lead generation and customer acquisition

Campaign optimization

Budget management

Landing page performance

Data analysis and reporting

You'll work closely with marketing leadership to drive measurable business growth through continuous testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Google Ads Management Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:

Google Search

Performance Max (PMax)

Local Services Ads (LSA)

Manage

Keyword research

Bid strategies

Ad copy

Monitor budgets, campaign pacing, and daily performance.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale successful campaigns.

Meta Ads Management Build and optimize campaigns across

Manage campaigns focused on

Lead generation

Remarketing

Build and optimize

Custom audiences

Lookalike audiences

Retargeting campaigns

Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad copy, imagery, video assets, and overall creative performance.

Required Experience & Skills Experience 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience.

Proven experience managing

Google Ads

Google Search

Performance Max (PMax)

Local Services Ads (LSA)

Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.

Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+.

Core Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
