Paid Media Specialist

Beaverton, OR (On-Site)

West Coast Self-Storage Group is hiring a full-time Paid Media Specialist to help drive paid acquisition across a portfolio of 160+ locations throughout the western United States.

This is not a "set it and forget it" role. You'll be hands‑on in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and more daily but more importantly, you'll be expected to think critically about performance, challenge assumptions, and help scale what works.

You'll work alongside an experienced paid media team member and play a key role in improving cost per rental, increasing lead volume, and maximizing return on ad spend across a large, multi‑location footprint.

What You'll Do

Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with a focus on lead generation and cost efficiency

Analyze performance data and identify opportunities to improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROASSupport budget allocation decisions and monitor spend across multiple markets and locations

Conduct keyword research, adjust bidding strategies, and perform ongoing account optimization

Assist in testing new channels and tactics, including display, retargeting, YouTube, paid social, and CTV campaigns

Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to outperform in key markets

Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates

Report on performance trends and provide clear, actionable insights

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads campaigns

Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals, including keyword strategy, bidding, and conversion tracking

Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance, not assumptions

Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4)

Comfortable managing budgets and working toward defined performance targets

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Clear communicator who can translate data into actionable insights

Self‑motivated and able to operate effectively in a team environment

Bonus Points

Experience with multi‑location or franchise‑style marketing

Google Ads and/or Analytics certifications

Familiarity with call tracking, lead attribution, or CRM integration
