Role Overview We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to own and scale our paid campaigns.
This role is responsible for increasing lead volume, lowering CPL, and improving lead quality — while working with our team to ensure leads are delivered and performing.
You won’t be doing this alone — you’ll have a team of trained VAs supporting execution .
What You’ll Do Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, PMAX)
Scale lead volume while maintaining target CPLs
Improve funnel performance (ads → landing pages → leads)
Monitor lead quality (contact & conversion rates)
Work with ops team on lead distribution and delivery
Analyze performance and report on CPL, volume, and ROI
Test new creatives, audiences, and offers consistently
What We’re Looking For Proven experience running and scaling paid lead gen campaigns
Strong understanding of CPL, funnels, and conversion metrics
Hands‑on with Meta + Google Ads
Data‑driven, competitive, and results‑focused
