The Opportunity

We are looking for a Paid Search Media Manager to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of luxury engagement. This role is crafted for a strategic thinker who believes data should inform creativity—not limit it. You’ll be responsible for owning account strategy, performance, team development, and client ’ll work alongside passionate strategists, creatives, and data specialists to deliver campaigns that are as effective as they are elegant.

What You’ll Do

Team Management & Mentorship

Lead, mentor, and develop Paid Media Specialists.

Ensure Specialists have the context, training, and resources needed to manage accounts

effectively.

Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and skill-building.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

Serve as a main point of contact for all assigned clients.

Clearly communicate strategy, testing roadmap, and performance insights to clients and the team’s Director.

Lead recurring client calls and respond to client needs in a timely, professional manner.

Account Optimization

Own budget pacing, spend distribution, and overall performance.

Execute account optimizations aligned with client goals.

Delegate daily tasks—performance checks, launches, QA, creative rotations—to Specialists

and ensure quality and timeliness.

Strategy & Testing

Drive the strategic direction of each account.

Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword refinement, and bid adjustments.

Partner with the Director on media plans, budget allocation, cross-channel considerations, and account architecture adjustments.

Reporting & Presentations

Produce and oversee recurring client-facing reports and deliverables, including:

Weekly performance reports

Quarterly Business Reviews

Ad hoc performance deep dives or client requests

Additional Responsibilities

Lead or support new client onboarding and launch processes.

Oversee account audits and present findings to prospective clients.

Who You Are

3+ years of hands on SEM account management experience

Extensive experience focusing on ROAS, CPA, and/or new customer goals

Expert-level knowledge of conversion tracking, tracking templates, and url parameters

Managed at least 3 e-commerce clients, spending over $50,000 per month.

Ability to delegate effectively and manage workload across team members.

Experience with Google Analytics – Analytics Certification is a plus (Creating Goals, Creating

Audiences, Syncing Engagement KPIs, UTM parameters & GA Data Analysis/Insights)

Experience using Draft & Experiments for testing

Experience with smart bidding & best practices

Advanced knowledge of Search & DSA campaign set-up

Experience setting up & Optimizing PMAX, Display, Discovery, YouTube

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Editor

Experience using Bing Ads – MSAN audience network & multi-media ads is a plus

Execution experience with scripts, rules & data layers is a plus

Hands on experience with client management, reading data studios, reporting & building decks that “tell a story” with data

Understanding of CRO best practices a plus

Agency experience is a plus but not required
