We are a growth agency that helps multi-location service brands scale lead generation and marketing efficiency across dozens of markets.
Our current flagship client operates 35+ locations in the home-services space. We’re expanding our paid media team to drive more qualified leads and improve visibility across all markets.
We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Manager who’s fluent in Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and Performance Max, with a deep understanding of how to structure campaigns for service-area businesses.
This is a contract role (25–30 hrs/week) with potential to transition into a long-term leadership position once fit and performance are proven.
Responsibilities

Work closely with client’s SEM Manager to manager and optimize Google Ads and Local Service Ads campaigns across 30+ locations.

Build and refine account structures for local intent, lead quality, and conversion efficiency.

Implement geo-based segmentation, custom conversions, and offline lead tracking (via CallRail, Salesforce, or similar).

Analyze and report on performance metrics (CTR, CPA, lead quality, budget pacing).

Test and optimize Performance Max campaigns while maintaining visibility and control.

Collaborate with SEO and CRO teams to align messaging, landing pages, and tracking.
Develop repeatable account templates and optimization playbooks to scale paid performance.
Requirements

3+ years managing Google Ads for local service or multi-location brands.

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, call tracking, and offline lead attribution.

Experience with LSAs, PMax, and Search campaigns.

Proficient in Google Ads Editor, GA4, and Looker Studio.

Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and translate it into strategy.

Excellent communication and reporting skills (client-facing experience preferred).
Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and Loom a plus.
Compensation

$40–$50/hr depending on experience
