Role Overview

PeopleConnect is looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to manage and optimize Google Search and Google Display campaigns while supporting additional paid acquisition channels including Meta, Native, and Programmatic.

This role is focused on hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, and continuous optimization. You will work closely with senior strategists and cross-functional partners to drive efficient growth across multiple channels.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to deepen their expertise in paid media, move quickly, and take ownership of campaign performance.

Core Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across SEM, Display, Native, and Programmatic platforms

  • Set up campaigns, ad groups, targeting, budgets, and tracking within platforms such as Google Ads and native networks

  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily

Optimization

  • Make daily optimizations to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates

  • Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives based on performance data

  • Execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track campaign performance and maintain accurate reporting in internal dashboards

  • Identify performance changes and flag issues or opportunities to senior team members

  • Assist in analyzing campaign results and performance trends

Collaboration

  • Work with creative and content teams to update and test new ad assets

  • Support senior team members in executing campaign plans

  • Communicate campaign performance updates and changes clearly

Requirements

Experience

  • 1–4 years managing Google Ads Search campaigns

  • Experience building and optimizing Google Search campaigns

  • Experience with Google Display is strongly preferred

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager is preferred

  • Comfortable managing campaign budgets and making daily optimization decisions
