Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and cold email marketing
  • Own budget pacing, scaling, and ROI-driven optimization

Performance Optimization

  • Optimize for cost per qualified lead and cost per signed client
  • Test audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages, and offers

Legal Lead Funnel & Intake Alignment

  • Collaborate with intake teams to ensure lead quality alignment
  • Track leads from first click through signed case

External Vendor Management

  • Manage and oversee external paid media vendors and agencies
  • Act as primary point of contact for vendor performance and accountability
  • Manage large ad spend budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution
  • Identify performance gaps and drive corrective action

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of paid media management experience
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience with lead generation, CRM tracking, and attribution
