Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and cold email marketing
- Own budget pacing, scaling, and ROI-driven optimization
Performance Optimization
- Optimize for cost per qualified lead and cost per signed client
- Test audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages, and offers
Legal Lead Funnel & Intake Alignment
- Collaborate with intake teams to ensure lead quality alignment
- Track leads from first click through signed case
External Vendor Management
- Manage and oversee external paid media vendors and agencies
- Act as primary point of contact for vendor performance and accountability
- Manage large ad spend budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution
- Identify performance gaps and drive corrective action
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of paid media management experience
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with lead generation, CRM tracking, and attribution
