Position Overview

JurisPage is seeking an experienced Paid Advertising/PPC Specialist with extensive expertise in legal marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns for law firms across platforms. Experience with Google Ads, LSAs, Facebook and reporting tools including Agency Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and GA4 (and tracking setup with GTM) are required.

Success is predicated on retaining accounts assigned to you and generating leads for your clients. Our key metric is Leads Generated vs. Expected Leads. CPL is a component of that formula, but it is a secondary metric behind Leads v. Expected and Lead Quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies for law firm clients
  • Manage budgets across multiple advertising platforms
  • Optimize campaign performance for and maintain strong client relationships
  • Create and present performance reports and strategic recommendations
  • Drive innovation in campaign strategy and team processes

Required Experience & Skills

  • Significant experience with legal industry clients
  • Demonstrated expertise in:
    • Google Ads campaign management and optimization (Google Ads certifications)
    • Google Local Service Ads for law firms
    • Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads)
    • Social media advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)
    • Custom performance reporting and analytics implementation with GTM and GA4
    • Callrail call tracking and Unbounce LP builder platforms
  • Understanding of legal industry marketing compliance requirements
  • Experience managing client relationships in an agency setting

 

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads platform
  • Expert knowledge of Google Local Service Ads setup and optimization
  • Experience with Agency Analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and their interaction with paid search

Additional Competencies

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are a must
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Team mentoring and development capabilities are a plus

  1. Client retention and satisfaction
  2. Account performance (Leads vs. Expected Leads)
  3. Responsiveness and on-time task completion
  4. Revenue growth for client accounts

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience

Workplace/Hybrid Work
North York, GTA, Ontario

The Paid Ads Specialist will work primarily from our North York, Toronto, Ontario offices.

Uptime Legal offers a Hybrid Work model. (In office 3-4 days/week and optional 1-2 days/week from home).

  • First 90 Days: In-Office
  • After 90 Days: Option to Work from Home 1-2 Days / Week (Requires Meeting Sales Goals)
