About Us
LA Furniture Store is a growing furniture retailer with showrooms across Southern California, Florida, and Texas, and a strong e-commerce business. We sell modern, high-quality furniture to homeowners, designers, and businesses, and we’re looking for a data-driven marketer to scale our paid advertising and drive both online sales and showroom traffic.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Own budgets and pacing across multiple accounts and showroom locations
• Optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate through bid strategy, audience targeting, and creative testing
• Manage product feeds in Google Merchant Center and Meta Catalog
• Run local and geo-targeted campaigns to drive foot traffic to showrooms
• Build and maintain tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion APIs
• Work with our design and e-commerce teams on ad creative, landing pages, and promotions
• Report weekly and monthly on performance, with clear recommendations

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years managing paid search and paid social campaigns, ideally in e-commerce or retail
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and attribution
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and analyzing performance data
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage several campaigns at once
• Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus
