Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, with a heavy focus on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest Facebook advertising trends and best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with the sales and fulfillment teams to identify upsell opportunities and close deals.
  • Be a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and is accountable for results.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • A deep understanding of Facebook advertising objectives, targeting options, and ad formats.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing ad copy and visuals.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Bonus points Google Ads and other social media advertising platforms.
  • Landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
  • Reporting and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
