To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help drive digital, e‑commerce, and brand execution in a fast‑paced CPG food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a hands‑on part in executing retailer digital marketing campaigns, managing digital shelf content, supporting brand initiatives, and partnering cross‑functionally to bring products to market.

Responsibilities

Digital & E‑Commerce Marketing (Core Focus)

Support execution of retailer‑specific digital marketing campaigns (retail media, paid search, reporting, and optimization)

Manage digital shelf accuracy and content execution across retailer sites

Maintain product content in Syndigo, 1WorldSync, Salsify, and related platforms

Ensure product descriptions, images, and attributes are current and accurate on retailer websites

Content, Social & Community

Build and execute a monthly social media calendar (Instagram, Facebook)

Create content for the monthly consumer newsletter

Support brand partnerships and collaborations

Trade Shows & Events

Coordinate trade show logistics, including timelines, registration, and forms

Manage marketing materials and booth assets for events

Support development of brochures and trade show collateral

Marketing Operations & Asset Management

Organize and maintain digital marketing assets and folders in SharePoint

Ensure files, renders, and final assets are clearly stored and accessible

Brand & Packaging Execution

Coordinate packaging design and graphics reviews with cross‑functional teams

Track feedback, approvals, and version updates

New Product Launch & Innovation Support

Support the Marketing Manager on new product launches

Sales & Commercial Support

Support Sales team requests in partnership with the Marketing Manager

Assist with sell‑in materials, product information, and retailer‑specific marketing needs

Website & Digital Operations

Manage day‑to‑day communication with website developers on product assortment updates

Support website updates and future site enhancements or redesign initiatives

Qualifications

Required

1‑3 years of CPG marketing experience

Hands‑on experience managing retailer digital marketing campaigns (e.g., retail media platforms, paid search, performance reporting)

E‑commerce / digital shelf management experience (Syndigo, 1WorldSync, Salsify, or similar)

Basic Photoshop and digital design capabilities (asset resizing, basic edits)

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Preferred

Website or CMS support experience

PR or earned media coordination

Salary

The expected annual salary range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000. This range reflects various factors such as education, skills, work experience, certifications, and more. Therefore, the final compensation for the selected candidate may fall anywhere within this range.
