Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred.

1-3 years of experience in marketing support setting OR a Marketing internship.

Strong attention to detail, exceptional organization skills and process-oriented

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well with all levels of stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated, nimble, and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

In This Role You Will Assist with ongoing updates to property websites, ILS listings, and marketing content across multiple platforms, ensuring all information is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards

Support online reputation management efforts by monitoring reviews across platforms, drafting responses, and helping maintain a consistent and professional brand voice

Maintain and update marketing information, including promotions, pricing highlights, and community details, ensuring consistency across all digital channels

Partner with Marketing Account Managers to support day-to-day initiatives, including email campaign execution, content updates, and general project coordination

Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment, proactively identifying errors or opportunities for optimization

Assist with tracking and organizing marketing requests, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support the execution of marketing initiatives, including creative updates, listing changes, and campaign launches
