A growing, multi-location organization is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support regional marketing efforts across multiple branch locations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives at the local level, supporting events and trade shows, managing assets and inventory, and ensuring brand consistency across all locations.
This role collaborates closely with internal marketing partners and regional teams to execute campaigns, support day-to-day marketing requests, and keep initiatives moving efficiently.
Marketing Operations & Administrative Support Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming marketing requests from regional and branch teams
Manage a shared marketing inbox and ensure timely follow-up and support
Coordinate orders for business cards, branded apparel, and employee recognition items
Provide ongoing marketing support to multiple branch locations across a designated region
Events & Trade Shows Coordinate and execute trade shows, customer events, and sponsorships
Manage timelines, vendor communication, logistics, and shipping of event materials
Partner with internal creative and content teams to ensure event-related assets are delivered on time
Maintain inventory of branded promotional items and event materials
Gather feedback post-events and contribute to reporting on event performance
Manage ordering and delivery of branch signage, including banners, decals, wraps, and in-store materials
Oversee updates and replacements of outdated signage across locations
Track inventory levels for signage, promotional items, and collateral and reorder as needed
Support updates to branded materials such as line cards, literature, catalogs, and mailers
Branch & Regional Marketing Support Distribute campaign materials and signage to branch locations
Ensure all local marketing efforts align with corporate brand standards
Support tracking of active campaigns and assist with performance monitoring
