You will not just be running ads but also focusing on understanding funnels, conversion tracking, and A/B testing landing pages. Your main goal will be to build a scalable legal lead-generation system that can expand across multiple U.S. markets, starting with Texas. Responsibilities: – Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns – Set up and monitor GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking – Improve landing pages and funnel performance – Run A/B tests on pages, forms, and CTAs – Analyze campaign and funnel data – Build reports and actionable insights – Support local growth and partner outreach campaigns Qualifications Required: – 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing – Strong expertise in Google Ads – Hands-on experience with GA4 & GTM – Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution – Experience with landing page optimization and CRO – Analytical and data-driven mindset In addition to the required skills, bonus skills that would be beneficial for this role include: – Legal marketing experience – Lead generation experience – Looker Studio reporting – Call tracking tools – Startup or agency experience If you are someone who enjoys testing, experimenting, identifying tracking issues quickly, and solving growth and funnel problems, while thinking beyond clicks and impressions, you are the ideal candidate for this position.
