We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA.

We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.

At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build.

Contributing to agency thought leadership; you help build a thriving team that delivers outstanding results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead paid search strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients, ensuring performance meets or exceeds efficiency, growth, and budget targets.

Develop and implement channel‑specific optimization and monitoring strategies, leveraging bid management platforms such as SA360 to drive results.

Own paid search contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs, ensuring alignment with overall account strategy.

Quantify, prioritize, and execute initiatives with the greatest potential impact on account performance and client objectives.

Partner closely with Client Partners to deliver clear, strategic paid search recommendations and support client‑facing communications.

Contribute high‑quality paid search content to critical client deliverables, including tactical plans and business reviews, meeting all deadlines and QA standards.

Ensure all paid search work undergoes rigorous QA and is executed accurately, maintaining strong stewardship of client budgets.

Coach and mentor team members by supporting onboarding, providing account‑level context, and developing both technical and strategic paid search capabilities.

WHAT YOU BRING

Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on paid search experience across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms.

Advanced understanding of paid search strategy across the funnel, including experience with bid management platforms such as SA360.

Experience managing campaigns across Google Search, Display, and App campaigns, with a strong grasp of full‑funnel activation.

Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to inform optimization and strategy decisions.

Demonstrated ability to analyze performance, present insights, and make clear optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and performance tracking.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience contributing to client‑facing presentations and strategic narratives.
