What We're Looking For

Deep hands-on paid social experience, particularly Meta and TikTok. (Must-have)

Strong performance marketing mindset with experience owning measurable growth KPIs

Excellent understanding of creative analysis and creative testing

Ability to move between highly tactical ad-level optimization and broader media strategy

Strong analytical instincts around CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, and budget allocation (Must-have)

Comfortable communicating performance insights and recommendations to clients
