Growth Marketing Lead

Our client, a fast‑growing consumer skincare and wellness brand, is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own the strategy, execution, and performance of its direct-to-consumer business.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and ecommerce. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands‑on analytical expertise and has a proven track record of scaling DTC brands through disciplined performance marketing and customer‑centric growth strategies.

What You'll Do

Own the digital growth strategy across paid social, paid search, YouTube, and emerging acquisition channels

Manage media budgets and optimize performance against key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value

Partner with an external media agency to develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns

Drive end‑to‑end growth initiatives across the customer journey, from ad creative and landing pages through retention and repeat purchase

Collaborate with creative and social teams to develop and scale high‑performing UGC and branded content

Lead testing and optimization efforts focused on improving conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value

Oversee attribution, analytics, reporting, and performance insights to guide strategic decision‑making

Own lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email and SMS retention programs

Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities

Develop forecasting models and budget allocation strategies to maximize marketing efficiency

What Our Client is Looking For

Solid experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, ecommerce, or related disciplines

Proven success scaling direct-to-consumer brands through data‑driven acquisition and retention strategies

Deep expertise across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing channels

Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks, UGC, and conversion‑focused marketing

Experience managing agency partners and cross‑functional stakeholders

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable growth strategies

Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, attribution platforms, and ecommerce analytics tools

Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution when needed

Experience in beauty, wellness, consumer health, or other DTC consumer categories is a plus, but not required
