Role Overview
You'll own the mission of growing Repair Ally's individual technician subscriber base. You'll test, learn, and execute across paid and organic channels – and bring your own ideas about what works. This is a high-ownership role with real impact on a real product.
What You’ll Do
Identify the most effective ways to reach target technicians
Develop compelling messaging, content, and marketing assets
Launch and optimize acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels (including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
Track and report on key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, channel ROI) and iterate based on results
Develop innovative growth ideas and test them
Work directly with the founding team to shape go-to-market strategy for this segment
Who We’re Looking For
Strong interest in growth marketing, startups, digital advertising, or content creation
Strong communication skills and an eye for what resonates with a technician audience
Analytical, curious, and willing to experiment
Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results
Interest in automotive technology, AI, or skilled trades is a plus
