Own the end-to-end visitor-to-lead experience across the marketing site and campaigns. Build and scale A/B and multivariate testing programs for acquisition and conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Define an AI-first design strategy: and partner with Growth, Brand, Web/Engineering, and Data.
• Mentor designers: and set the standard for growth design practice across Brand Studio.
• Systems and Collaboration: Extend web and email design systems and build reusable components in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: to translate insights into on-brand, accessible experiences.
