Key responsibilities

Monitor market health data and activate appropriate campaign responses, managing execution from audience selection to performance tracking

Build automations and AI-powered flows to streamline the worker journey from acquisition to activation, improving campaign scalability

Identify and transform manual marketing workflows into AI-native processes, enhancing speed and conversion outcomes

Required qualifications

2 to 3+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or technical marketing with ownership of strategy and execution

Experience with marketing automation platforms and the ability to build and optimize triggered campaigns

Hands-on experience with low-code and AI tools, capable of building autonomously without engineering support

Familiarity with user behavior in B2C funnels, understanding activation metrics and drop-off points
