This role will work closely with our Marketing, Inventory, and Compliance teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and follow our brand guidelines and legal standards. There are a number of directions this role could grow over time depending on the candidate and how the team evolves. This job will involve a high-level of analysis, independent discretion, an ability to interpret data, collaboration and suggestion for future-focused projects.
Responsibilities include
Analyze and prepare recommendations for management on programs, process improvement initiatives and opportunities including conducting primary and secondary research to support customer engagement plans.
Analyzes customer data using database queries (SQL), web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Domo etc), and campaign management software tools.
Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data and provide recommendations for changes or implementation of new tactics to elevate the customer experience and maximize effectiveness of customer engagement, applying data research and demographic analysis.
Execute promotional marketing campaigns leveraging provided content and pre-designed templates (email, sms, push)
Ensure campaign continuity is carried throughout ecommerce experience (heroes, landing pages, announcement banners)
Owning and scheduling customer incentives (coupons, sales, loyalty boosts)
Analyze and optimize automated campaigns based on data & insights (e.g. cart abandonment automated flows)
Manage all aspects of multiple customer engagement programs and share data and insights to support company-wide initiatives.
Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database, ensuring accuracy. This includes developing processes for data enrichment, cleansing, and segmentation.
Gather data, synthesize and collaborate the campaign performances with our leadership teams
Provide key contributions towards the company’s marketing segmentation strategy
Provide feedback and suggestions for current projects and future-facing projects
Collaborate & strategize with the Director of Digital Products (Growth) on growth strategies, this will include automation, segmentation, etc
Management & delegation of work to outside contractors in regards to digital marketing insights/campaign
Advocate for medical patients in Utah and help us get better every week

Qualifications
B.S/B.A in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields required
A growth mindset, ambitious attitude, and a desire to learn in a startup environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills
Comfortability analyzing and interpreting data from marketing platforms, BI tools, and spreadsheets
Understanding of SQL required
Tech-savviness and ability to learn new online tools
Must be 21 years of age or older
