Internship Opportunity: Front Office Coordinator / Social Media Marketing Specialist

Location: Tualatin

Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours can be flexible. We are open from 8 AM-5 PM.

Duration: Summer 2026 (flexible start/end dates)

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Front Office Coordinator / Social Media Marketing Intern to support our team throughout the summer. This role offers hands-on experience in office operations, customer service, and social media marketing.

What You'll Do

Front Office & Administrative Support

Greet guests and candidates, check them in, and provide a welcoming first impression

Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments

Check and distribute mail

Create requisition/order sheets for the team

Process and audit onboarding and new-hire paperwork for accuracy and completion

Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed

Support with coordination, planning and set-up of our annual golf tournament

Social Media & Marketing Support Create and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Assist with writing captions and promoting job openings, events, and office updates

Create fun, engaging videos and short-form content

Help maintain a consistent and professional online presence for our office

Who this role is a good fit for: Students currently enrolled in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business , or related programs

What We're Looking For Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Friendly and professional communication skills

Creative with an interest in social media and content creation

Comfortable using basic office tools (email, Word, Excel, Google tools)

Familiarity with social media platforms; video editing experience is a plus

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
