The Opportunity

OBI is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead our performance media function across digital and traditional channels. In this leadership role, you’ll drive strategy, execution, and optimization while developing a high-performing team that delivers measurable business outcomes for our clients.

You’ll shape media strategy, guide full-funnel performance efforts, and serve as a trusted client partner—connecting data, insights, and execution to meaningful results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and traditional media
  • Oversee media planning, budget allocation, and channel mix aligned to client goals
  • Establish KPI frameworks that connect media performance to business outcomes
  • Lead conversion rate optimization efforts across landing pages and post-click experiences
  • Partner with clients to present insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations
  • Ensure best practices in analytics, measurement, attribution, and reporting
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing performance marketing team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, insights, and client services teams
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends, and emerging technologies

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of performance marketing experience with strong agency background
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and traditional media
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Hands-on experience with major ad platforms and analytics tools
  • Confident, polished client-facing communication skills
