Job Description
In this multidisciplinary role you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Lead and play a key part in creating and delivering marketing strategies for our B2C clients.
Your primary focus will be on clients expanding rapidly through acquisitions, where you will streamline their marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage omnichannel marketing campaigns and assets.
Use tools such as Google Analytics to extract and interpret data, transforming it into narratives and actionable strategies.
Conduct marketing analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
Make data‑driven recommendations that align with business goals.
Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, sales impact, and consumer behavior.
Design and deliver compelling data visualizations to illuminate insights, facilitate decision‑making, and engage stakeholders.
Collaborate on and contribute to the development of client presentations, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and clearly convey complex information and strategies.
Skills & Requirements
3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, design, or analytics.
Lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, and cross‑channel journeys.
Experience with advertisement platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Proficiency with HTML.
Dashboard building skills, preferably with Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
Ability to work independently, using available tools to create data‑driven narratives and implement strategies for B2C clients.
Knowledge of current digital marketing strategies and their application.
Highly creative and a natural problem solver.
Bonus points if you have
Proficiency in graphic design with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
Understanding of SQL.
Knowledge of email & SMS deliverability best practices.
Experience with Google Local Services Ads.
Familiarity with email marketing tactics and managing flows.
Familiarity with integrations and automation workflows.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Web analytics tracking with Google Tag Manager.
Proficiency with a task management suite such as Monday.com, Notion, or Jira.
Experience with data ingestion such as API calls or webhooks.
