WellStreet Urgent Care is looking for a Community & Growth Marketing Specialist to drive local market presence, grand opening execution, and center level marketing across our growing portfolio of urgent care brands. This is a hands‑on, hybrid role for a mid‑level marketer who thrives at the intersection of community engagement, project execution, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will serve as the marketing team's project manager for all new clinic grand openings, own center level marketing efforts across active markets, and support content, collateral, and community communications that keep our brand showing up consistently and powerfully at the local level.

What You'll Do

Grand Opening Project Management

Serve as the dedicated marketing project manager for all new clinic grand openings across all partner brands

Own and maintain the grand opening project plan in Monday.com, ensuring all marketing tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder dependencies are clearly documented, assigned, and moving forward on schedule

Coordinate with the real estate team on new location signage, exterior branding, and location‑specific identity needs, ensuring all physical brand elements are accurate, on brand, and delivered ahead of opening day

Partner with operations, real estate, and the creative team to align on timelines, asset needs, and day‑of logistics

Attend grand opening events as needed and contribute to a continuously improving grand opening playbook that scales with the organization

Research, evaluate, and manage local sponsorship and event opportunities across all active markets, aligned with each partner brand's community strategy

Maintain and update the center level marketing budget tracker across all markets, ensuring accurate spend categorization, coding, and reporting against approved allocations

Manage swag store coordination through the approved vendor platform, including approvals, ordering, inventory oversight, and fulfillment

Communicate center level marketing activity, budget updates, and community event recaps to District Managers and Practice Managers on a consistent cadence

Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, community partners, and event coordinators in key markets

Content, Collateral & Community Communications

Draft and coordinate copy for grand opening communications including press release messaging, community announcements, and local outreach materials, in collaboration with the broader marketing team

Write and manage center level marketing content including sponsorship recaps, event summaries, and community partner communications

Partner closely with the graphic designer to ensure all grand opening and center level marketing assets are on brand, consistent across all partner brands, and delivered on time

Manage inventory of marketing collateral and materials across markets, including tracking stock levels, flagging replenishment needs, and coordinating fulfillment through appropriate channels

Collaborate with partner brand marketing contacts specifically as it relates to in‑market grand opening events, community sponsorships, and swag coordination

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

Serve as a reliable and responsive point of contact for District Managers and Practice Managers on center level marketing, grand opening logistics, and local market needs

Participate in weekly marketing team meetings and collaboration sessions, bringing market‑level insights and updates to the broader team

Communicate proactively about timelines, deliverables, and resource needs with internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, and real estate

What You Bring

3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, community marketing, event marketing, or a related role

Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives from planning through execution

Experience with Monday.com or a comparable project management platform, with the ability to build and maintain project plans that keep cross‑functional teams aligned

Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, or community outreach programs

Comfortable working cross‑functionally with operations, real estate, and executive stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft press releases, community announcements, and stakeholder recaps

Familiarity with vendor coordination, budget tracking, and collateral inventory management

Healthcare or multi‑location brand experience a plus

Potential travel to assigned markets as needed for grand openings and community events

Working Model

Hybrid – with a combination of remote work and in‑person presence at the WellStreet corporate office in Atlanta. Some in‑market presence for grand openings, community events, and real estate coordination may arise and would be communicated in advance.
