Shearsdirect is searching for a full-time, hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing and communications activities that promote the company’s brand and services.

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida – Full-time, in-office (no remote/hybrid)

 Experience Level: 2–4 years (eCommerce, digital marketing, or creative  production preferred)

Platform: Shopify (must have hands-on experience updating/optimizing Shopify stores) 

About the Role

We’re a growing pet grooming and beauty brand (think premium pet grooming tools, salon-inspired accessories, and barber-style shears) looking for a creative powerhouse to own our visual storytelling and growth marketing. This is a hands on, in-office role where you’ll shoot, edit, design, and deploy content that drives sales on Shopify and across social/email channels.

Growth Marketing Support

•       Collaborate on Shopify updates: upload new photos/videos, create/optimize product pages, add banners/deals, ensure visual alignment with campaigns. 

•       Help plan and execute seasonal promotions, flash sales, and product launches with visual front-and-center. 

•       Support social posting schedules and basic community engagement (captions, hashtags, trend participation).

 Key Responsibilities 

     Creative Production & Graphic Design

•       Design and produce marketing assets across paid social, organic social, email, and website placements.

•       Create static and motion ad creatives (image, carousel, short-form video, story format).

•       Develop product-focused graphics including promotional overlays, sale announcements, and seasonal campaign visuals.

•       Maintain brand consistency across typography, color, and layout.

•       Edit and repurpose UGC and creator content into performance-ready ad formats.

Tools & Capabilities

•       Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design platforms.

•       Ability to resize and adapt assets across placements (Meta, TikTok, email, site).

•       Comfortable with basic video editing (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
