About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies aimed at driving user acquisition and engagement. This role involves the utilization of cutting-edge AI technologies to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance customer interactions. The Head of Growth Marketing will also be tasked with analyzing market trends and user data to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will have 3-15 years’ of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns, particularly those that leverage advanced technologies. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities are essential. Experience in a startup environment, particularly in a Series A or early-stage company, is preferred, as is familiarity with B2B marketing strategies, enterprise sales processes, SEO, and Google Search optimization techniques. The role requires a candidate who is adept at measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies, and improve ROI, as well as fostering relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
