We’re hiring a Senior Copywriter/Creative Strategist (US-based, full-time, remote).
The brand: women’s health clothing. We went from $300K to $1M months and we’re scaling further.
The role:
- Find the angles, write the hooks and scripts, brief the editors
- Direct-response Meta ads, all produced with AI (no UGC creators, no shoots)
- Read the data, kill the losers, scale the winners
You:
- Proven DR Meta ads for DTC brands, with spend behind concepts you originated
- Health, wellness or supplement experience is a big plus
- Comfortable directing editors and working in AI video tools
- Full-time and exclusive, no side work or agencies
Pay: $5,000/month base + a percentage of ad spend on your winning ads.
