About NotaryPro and the US Opportunity
NotaryPro is one of the most trusted online notary networks in North America. Since 2016 we have completed more than 500,000 notarizations and earned over 10,000 Trustpilot reviews, backed by a network of licensed notaries, lawyers, and paralegals.
Our mission is to simplify and humanize notary and legal services — through a trusted network of professionals, accessible online tools, and transparent, standardized pricing. We serve consumers, law firms, real estate and financial services companies, and enterprise partners, with online notary coverage across all 50 states and a customer connected to a live notary in about a minute.
The US B2B motion is early and deliberately unfinished. The infrastructure exists — SEO footprint, outbound tooling, CRM, pricing, sales coverage — but nobody owns the growth engine that connects them. That is this role.
What You'll Own
Demand generation
Build and run the US B2B acquisition mix — paid, organic, content, and lifecycle
Own conversion performance on US landing pages and the B2B intake path
Turn our 50‑state SEO footprint into qualified inbound, not just traffic
Web marketing assets
Own the US web marketing estate — landing pages, campaign pages, and the lead‑gen paths running through them
Work with Product and Development to scope, build, and ship new website pages built for lead capture
Write briefs a developer can build from, and own the testing and iteration cycle once pages are live
Hold the page performance standard: load speed, mobile parity, form completion, and conversion rate
Outbound engine
Own list building, segmentation, and messaging for SDR and agency‑led outbound across our priority verticals: law firms, real estate, financial services, title and escrow, and enterprise partners
Manage the outbound vendor relationship and hold it to a meetings‑booked standard
Test new verticals and kill the ones that don't return
Funnel and measurement
Own the US B2B funnel model: leads → MQL → meeting booked → meeting held → closed
Instrument it properly in GA4, Pipedrive, and Clarity, and report on it weekly
Drive down cost per qualified meeting and cost per seal quarter over quarter
Marketing–Sales alignment
Run the handover into Sales against agreed SLAs, and close the feedback loop back into targeting and messaging
Partner with Sales on routing, follow‑up quality, and win/loss themes
Enablement
Produce the collateral that moves deals: pricing overviews, case studies, vertical one‑pagers, and competitive positioning
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is a US B2B funnel that is understood, instrumented, and improving. You will know where volume enters and where it leaks, and the reporting behind it will be trusted enough that leadership plans against it.
From there, the work shows up as acquisition channels running with a measurable contribution to pipeline, verticals tested and either scaled or shut down on evidence, and a cost per qualified meeting that moves in the right direction. The longer‑term mark is a US B2B motion that has stopped being an experiment — a forecastable growth engine with a defensible cost per seal, and a clear answer to where the next dollar of budget should go.
What You Bring
6+ years in growth, demand generation, or B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
Proven record building a B2B acquisition motion from an early stage — not inheriting a mature one
Experience building and refining ICPs: defining who to target, validating it against real funnel data, and sharpening it as the market responds
Fluency with the US B2B buyer: you know how US law firms, brokerages, and financial services companies actually buy
Hands‑on capability across paid acquisition, SEO‑driven conversion, outbound sequencing, and lifecycle email — you can execute, not only direct
Track record shipping lead‑gen web pages in partnership with product and engineering teams, from brief through test and iteration
Strong analytical habit: comfortable in GA4 and a CRM, able to build a funnel model and defend the numbers in it
Experience managing agencies or outbound vendors to measurable performance standards
Ability to operate in an unstructured and at times chaotic environment: you create the process rather than wait for it, and you stay effective when priorities shift and the playbook doesn't exist yet
Clear written communication and the judgment to present to an executive audience without padding
Bonus Points
Legal tech, proptech, fintech, or regulated‑services background
Familiarity with Pipedrive, Microsoft Clarity, or comparable tooling in our stack
Experience taking a product from one national market into another
Direct exposure to enterprise or channel partnership motions alongside self‑serve volume
How We Work
We are a small, senior marketing team. Decisions are made on data and made quickly. You will have real autonomy over budget and channel mix, and real accountability for what comes out of it.
You will work alongside our demand generation function, SDR resource, outbound and paid search vendors, and a Sales team that takes the meetings you generate. You will not be asked to build a deck to justify a test — you will be asked what the test showed.
What we offer
Competitive salary and performance‑based bonus
Health benefits
Remote‑first working
Ownership of a market entry at the point where it is still genuinely shapeable
