Задачи Set up, launch, and monitor digital campaigns across Eskimi DSP, Google, Meta, and other platforms

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client KPIs

Identify optimization opportunities and troubleshoot delivery or tracking issues

Coordinate with Sales, Ops, and Tech teams to keep campaigns running smoothly

Prepare campaign performance reports for clients and internal teams

Analyze key metrics and share insights that support optimization decisions

Use data to suggest improvements for current and future campaigns

Требования Interest in digital marketing or advertising

Solid understanding of core digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, impressions, conversions, viewability, etc.)

Hands-on experience with at least one ad platform: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or a DSP

Attention to detail and genuine curiosity about how ads work

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Experience working in a fast-paced, international team
