Campus Collective designs and manufactures custom apparel for Greek chapters, campus organizations and clubs across the country. Every order is made from scratch, from first inquiry through mockups, approval, production and delivery.

Right now most of our growth comes from referrals and word of mouth. We're building a demand engine to change that — putting Campus Collective in front of every chapter, club and campus org that's actively looking for custom apparel, through paid acquisition on Google and Meta and an SEO presence that captures demand the moment someone searches.

We're hiring a marketing intern to build it. This isn't busywork or a scoped "intern project" that ends with a slide deck. You'll own real campaigns with real budget and real revenue on the line, working directly with company leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta (Instagram/Facebook)

Own keyword research, on-page SEO and content so we rank for what chapters and campus orgs are searching

Build landing pages and creative that convert, and A/B test relentlessly

Set up tracking, dashboards and attribution so every dollar is measurable (GA4, pixels, conversion tracking)

Study how the business grows, find the highest-leverage channels and propose the campaigns that scale them

Own your work from first strategy through live results

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field — or self-taught and able to prove it

You've actually run a campaign or grown something real — a brand, a page, a side hustle, a club's socials

Comfortable with numbers: you can read a CPA, ROAS or CTR and know what to change

A strong writer who can match a brand voice and write copy that earns the click

BONUS POINTS

Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or Google Analytics / GA4

Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console)

Familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo or email/SMS marketing

You know the Greek life / campus org world firsthand
