What you'll do Oversee a small marketing team

Map out and improve our client journey

Help me strategize, package and create content

Turn our calls, lives, and into videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Lead our video team. You won't edit; you'll direct what gets made.

Build the path that turns viewers into members: web pages, emails, texts, and ads.

Write words that make people want to join.

Check the numbers every week and do more of what works.

You're a good fit if you Have grown a brand or online group before, and can prove it.

Understand YouTube and are an expert at packaging (titles, thumbnails, hooks).

Write well.

Have run Facebook and Instagram ads.

Get things done without being reminded.

Are street smart. No college degree needed, but it's okay if you have one.

This is not for you if you just want to make posts, or you run an agency.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
