Who We Are Sans is on a mission to build the next great consumer hardware brand, with a laser focus on products that help people live healthier lives at home. We started with a category-leading air purifier before expanding to a best-in-class countertop water purifier that actually works to eliminate harmful contaminants – and our product roadmap is just getting started.

We’re a small, ambitious team that believes deeply in our ability to create a meaningful consumer brand. We move fast, learn quickly, and consistently outperform much larger competitors.

Your Role The Growth team plays a critical role in driving customer acquisition, revenue, and scalable growth across channels. This team is accountable for developing and optimizing performance marketing strategies, creative, and experiments to efficiently reach new customers and expand our impact as we grow.

The Paid Media Manager will own the day-to-day management of millions in monthly ad spend across Meta, Pinterest, and AppLovin — with the opportunity to expand into additional platforms as we scale. They will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid social campaigns, ensuring every dollar is deployed efficiently against our growth and efficiency targets.

This role will report to the Sr. Director of Growth, and will partner with them on forecasting, budget allocation, and high-leverage optimization decisions. This person will also be in close communication with the Creative Strategy team to translate performance signals into actionable creative insights and ideation. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, deeply fluent in paid social platforms, and excited to operate at the intersection of media buying, creative testing, and growth strategy. They bring a scrappy, proactive mindset and thrive in a fast-moving, high-spend environment where small decisions compound into meaningful business outcomes.

Conduct deep-dive analyses on creative, audience, and funnel performance to identify what's working, what's not, and where to invest next

Manage daily pacing, bid adjustments, and budget reallocations to hit blended CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin goals

Highlight new creative needs based on platform-specific performance gaps and opportunities

Stay ahead of platform updates, beta features, and industry best practices, and translate them into actionable testing opportunities

Support broader growth initiatives including landing page testing, offer strategy, and full-funnel optimization in partnership with the Sr. Director of Growth

Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, economics, or a related field

5+ years of hands-on paid social buying experience, ideally at a high-growth DTC brand or performance-focused agency
